Security restrictions/guidelines

If you have any concerns make sure to either look at an attraction’s website or call them.

• All persons, bags, parcels, clothing, and other items may be subject to security checks.
• Firearms, ammunition, knives and weapons of any time are prohibited.
• Self-defense devices (pepper spray, mace, etc) are prohibited. Whistles, megaphone, and any other artificial noise makers are prohibited.
• Drones, remote-controlled toys, drones, skates, skateboards, scooters, folding chairs, selfie sticks , tripods, and balloons are prohibited at parks.

Dress Code

Professional Dress Code (General Sessions, competitive events, Workshops and Activities):

• Dress slacks, dress shirt, and tie
• Pant or skirt suit
• Suit, dress shirt, and tie
• Dress skirt or dress slacks with coordinated blouse and/or sweater
• Sport coat, coordinated dress slacks, dress shirt, and tie
• BPA blazer with dress skirt or dress slacks with blouse or sweater
• BPA blazer with dress slacks, dress shirt, and tie

Casual Dress Code Tours, Special Events and Exhibit Hall:

• Sportswear, Jeans, Pants, Shirt, T-shirt, Shorts

The following are deemed unacceptable during BPA activities:

• Strapless, spaghetti straps, tube tops, halter tops, midriff tops
• Spandex, lycra or transparent clothing
• Cut-offs or ragged clothing
• Clothing with inappropriate words and pictures
• Swim suits must be covered with appropriate attire while in any area except designated swimming pool or sunbathing area.

Housing

The official stay for the 2021 National Leadership Conference is Wednesday, May 5 – Sunday, May 9, 2021. Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort are the official conference properties for the 2021 National Leadership Conference. Registered students & advisors are required to stay at an official conference property. Failure to comply will result in disqualification. All housing reservations must be made online during your conference registration process through the Online Conference Registration System.

Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, and American Airlines are offering discounted airfare for travel related to the Business Professionals of America National Leadership Conference.

Delta:
To receive the discount, round trip travel must occur on any dates between April 28th and May 14th. The discount is only available for service to Orlando International Airport (MCO).

United Airlines:
To receive the discount, round trip travel must occur on any dates between April 30th and May 12th. The discount is only available for service to Orlando International Airport (MCO).

American Airlines:
To receive the discount, round trip travel must occur on any dates between April 30th and May 11th. The discount is only available for service to Orlando International Airport (MCO).

On the Passengers page, input the passenger information, as well as enter 1541EQ in the Promotions code box. Your discount will be applied once you pass the seat selection page in the ticketing process.
